This is a major study showing that stimulant medications like Ritalin may not do any long-term good to help ADHD.
It also indicates that long-term use of the drugs can stunt growth!! Hello? Hasn’t anyone done a study about the amazing results from cognitive skills therapy? It gets the majority off kids who are on stimulant drugs (like Ritalin) off them FOR GOOD!!!
I can’t believe they’re focused on drugs and talk therapy. Absolutely ridiculous. Health care is starting to cover cognitive skills training because they’re seeing the results. Where are the articles on this??

Great points. Beyond your keen insight, nowhere does it say that any ADHD stimulant medication cures ADHD. There are so many alternative methods for managing the more onerous symptoms, a fact that is completely lost on them media and advocacy groups such as CHADD. While CHADD has toned down its virulent pro-medication propaganda, they still receive funding from these poison pushers. Parents needs to know this!!
Prescribing Schedule II stimulant medications to a child for ADHD is not only absurd, it also borders on criminal negligence. a child’s brain is far from reaching maturation, and the chemical poisons will permanently alter the brains composition.
